Confidentiality is paramount and the identity of a client and candidate will never be revealed to sources or outside interest until authorized.

Every candidate will be interviewed in depth and thoroughly evaluated before presentation.



All candidates are presented with their full knowledge and approval.

Candidates and client will be kept thoroughly informed throughout the progress of the search.

GSI Search International, LLC will communicate openly and honestly with the client on obstacles to completing the search that may be unrealistic or unreasonable. While highly undesirable, if these obstacles cannot be overcome, it may be necessary to cancel the search.

Reference checks are conducted only on approval by the candidate and the results are reported in full to the client.

GSI Search International represents the client in all negotiations. However, we will counsel with both the client and candidate on all factors to effect a mutually satisfactory agreement.
